Terms of Service

By registering, subscribing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Legal Bible ("we," "us"), backed by T.L. Garg, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.

Legal Bible provides access to a digital law library containing over 75,000 judicially defined words, phrases, and legal expressions from Supreme Court of India judgments (1950–Current Year). Services include:

• Keyword-based search for case law with precise citations (book, page, paragraph).
• Access to three volumes of Supreme Court on Words, Phrases and Legal Expressions.
• Subscription plans: Monthly (1 device, data up to 2025) and Yearly (2 devices, latest 2026 judgments).

• Registration: You must create an account to access the Platform's full features. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Device Limits: Monthly Plan allows 1 device login; Yearly Plan allows 2 simultaneous device logins.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@legalbible.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including non-payment or misuse.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing login credentials or accessing the Platform beyond your subscription's device limit.
• Copying, distributing, or reproducing Platform content without written permission.
• Using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the Platform's functionality.

• Ownership: All content on the Platform, including Supreme Court on Words, Phrases and Legal Expressions (1950–Current Year), is owned by Legal Bible or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your subscription plan.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent.

• Payment: Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Paytm). You agree to provide accurate payment information.
• Taxes: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
• No Refunds: As per our Refund Policy, no refunds are available for any subscription plan, including partial use or early termination.
• Billing Issues: Contact info@legalbible.in for billing disputes. We may offer account credits at our discretion for verified errors.

• By User: You may deactivate your account via the dashboard, but no refunds or prorated credits are provided. Access ends at the end of the paid billing cycle (Monthly) or year (Yearly).
• By Legal Bible: We may terminate or suspend your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. No refunds are issued.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Bible, its affiliates, and licensors are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content, including case law or citations.
• Interruptions or downtime due to technical issues or maintenance.
